At NST Prep, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and resources.

Strict Policy: Once a purchase is made for any batch, course, or study material, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please carefully review the course details, syllabus, and features before making a payment. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

There is no option to cancel a subscription or enrollment once it is active. Your access to the course content and resources will remain valid for the duration specified in the plan.

3. Non-Transferable

Enrollments and purchases are non-transferable. You may not transfer your account or course access to another individual.

4. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch, please contact our support team immediately with proof of both transactions. If verified, the duplicate amount may be processed for refund at the sole discretion of the management, subject to payment gateway charges.
